Aahana Capital is a financial information and tools platform operated by RanBhi Traders, a proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 27AKOPD3860D2Z8), proprietor Ranjana Bhimrao Divekar. Our registered address is in Thane, Maharashtra.

What we do

We publish free financial calculators for India — loan EMI and eligibility, mutual fund SIP and lumpsum projections, fixed and recurring deposits, PPF, CAGR, inflation and retirement planning. Each one shows the formula it uses, so you can see how the answer is reached.

In addition to providing financial calculators and educational tools, Aahana Capital may promote eligible financial products and services offered by authorised financial institutions, including The Sevalia Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. (SUCB), where applicable.

Not a bank or lender

Aahana Capital / RanBhi Traders is not a bank or lender and does not independently sanction or disburse loans. Eligibility, approval, interest rates, fees, terms and disbursement of any banking or loan product are determined solely by the respective authorised financial institution.

What we don't do

• We do not give buy, sell, hold or target recommendations on any security.
• We do not manage anyone's money, run a portfolio service, or offer "tips" or "calls".
• We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA).

Why this matters

Under SEBI's rules, providing personalised investment advice requires registration as an Investment Adviser, and producing research reports on specific securities requires registration as a Research Analyst. We deliberately operate outside those perimeters — we provide arithmetic tools, not recommendations. For any actual investment decision, please consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
