This policy explains what personal information Aahana Capital (operated by RanBhi Traders) collects via this website, why we collect it, and your rights. It is written to be compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
What we collect
- Enquiry form data — name, mobile number, email, and optional Telegram username, plus the topic you're interested in.
- Technical metadata — IP address and browser user-agent at the time of submission, used to prevent abuse.
- Server logs — standard web access logs kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and send you the educational material you requested. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for behavioural advertising.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised.
Cookies & third parties
- Cloudflare Turnstile — used only on the enquiry form to prevent spam; sets a short-lived cookie scoped to its own domain.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 — we use GTM to load Google Analytics 4 and (where applicable) Google Ads conversion tags. These set first-party cookies (typically
_ga,_ga_*) used to measure aggregate site usage. We do not configure any feature that identifies you personally. IP-anonymisation is enabled in GA4 by default. - Lightweight Charts / Yahoo Finance — our charting library is loaded from a public CDN; market price data is fetched server-to-server, so your browser does not contact Yahoo directly.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for our domain.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@aahanacapital.com. We will respond within 15 working days.
Children
Our content is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
